Okay Paddy emerged from the minds of Pat Finnerty and Mike Quinn, cousins since birth.  A decade's worth of rotating lineups and self-released recordings that the group seem reticent to acknowledge culminated in the release of Hunk, their 2004 EP.  The group, now consisting of Pat Finnerty, Mike Quinn, John Parise, and Brian Craig, settled into their home studio to construct their proper debut full length.  Inspired by the mystically adept pen of Jophry Warner, the group emerged with The Cactus Has A Point, an effervescent collection of erudite power pop.
